Comic Art Competition and Festival Warm-Up with Zavod Stripolis!

Zavod Stripolis and Kurja polt festival present SHE IS WOMAN, HEAR HER ROAR Comic Art Competition & Jam Session.

ENTRY: Submit your one page comic strip by email to pia.nikolic@gmail.com or drop it off personally at the Stripolis Comic Bookstore in Bar Pritličje (Mestni trg 2, opening hours: Monday – Friday 13:00 – 19:00, Saturday 10:00 – 16:00) by April 3. All age groups and techniques allowed. Subject must relate (freely) to Kurja polt festival Final Girl thematic retrospective.

PRIZES: First prize – Kurja polt festival accreditation (a single ticket to all festival screening). Second prize – 5 individual tickets of your choosing. Third prize – 3 individual tickets of your choosing. Winning entries will be featured at Kurja polt festival.

The winners will be announced at the Festival Warm-Up party on Friday April 8 at 20:00 in Bar Pritličje, followed by a comic art Jam Session and late night DJing! No prior registering is required to join the jam session. Just come along!
